an lovely experience with beautiful memories
beautifully maintained attentive staff good aquafit
this was a special escape. the hotel was beautifully maintained, it sparkled. the staff were always gentle and attentive. they tried to please in every way. the pool was very good with stretching, aquafit, and dance sessions. they were all so uplifting.
the evening entertainment was a bit loud. walls were shaking from the music. it was difficult to relax until late.

The resort featured three well-kept pools, with comfortable loungers and umbrellas provided . The gym had three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights for a complete workout routine. Towel service was readily available near all pools.

Staff members were consistently attentive and polite, addressing requests promptly and with a smile. The concierge service provided helpful information about local attractions and arranged transportation efficiently. Daily housekeeping maintained the rooms, ensuring comfort and cleanliness.

a good escape
fresh towels peaceful calm bottled water
the rooms were quite nice, with daily fresh towels provided by housekeeping. bottled water was readily available, which i greatly appreciated. the grounds are very well-kept, it gives a feeling of peaceful calm.
the wi-fi connection was sometimes spotty, it only worked reliably in the lobby area.

the staff consistently demonstrated helpfulness, attending to all requests promptly. front desk personnel were very cute and addressed all questions quickly, ensuring a smooth check-in process. i really felt valued.

my room included a safe and a kettle, these were very convenient. the tv was of excellent size. bathroom products were regularly replenished, i did not expect so much attention to detail.

the main restaurant offered varied dishes with many options to choose from. the waiters were friendly, table service was available for drinks which was a delight. free ice cream was offered all day long, such a treat!
